FINRA Series 7 Licensed Client Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing financial services team, the full-time FINRA Series 7 Licensed Client Service Representative will engage directly with over 11,000 Financial Professionals, providing administrative and sales support while ensuring best-in-class service remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions
• Assist in the account opening process and maintain electronic client files
• Act as a liaison between investment executives and various financial entities to facilitate transactions

Required qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 License
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience
• Financial services experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
