FINRA Series 7 Stock Plan Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of stock plan services, the full-time remote Stock Plan Services Associate will process transactions, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant service for clients and participants.

Key responsibilities

• Process stock plan transactions, including plan setup and participant account reviews
• Support equity transactions related to RSU vestings, ESPP events, and option exercises
• Reconcile trade executions and resolve operational exceptions while partnering with internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent financial services experience
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in stock plan services or brokerage operations
• FINRA Series 7 registration and fingerprinting required
• Experience with stock plan administration and equity trading
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
