Job Summary

Managing the full sales cycle for Workiz Financial Services products, the full-time Fintech Account Executive will drive adoption and revenue growth while consulting with SMB customers to identify tailored financial solutions, working in a hybrid environment with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive adoption and revenue growth for Workiz Financial Services products
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and demos through negotiation and close
  • Consult with customers to understand their business needs and recommend tailored fintech solutions
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, or SMB sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
