Fintech Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance team, the full-time Fintech Compliance Analyst will conduct monitoring and review of the bank's lending, deposit, and operational activities, while collaborating with Fintech partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and ongoing oversight of Fintech partners, including reviewing due diligence and program management materials
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulations relevant to consumer and commercial lending, deposit, and prepaid products
• Engage in meetings to discuss compliance risks and controls, and support the Compliance Management System and BaaS Compliance Program

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of banking compliance experience
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, including Reg E, TILA, ECOA, and FCRA
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong interest in Fintech products, automation, and technology
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
