FinTech Compliance Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a proficient FinTech Compliance Lead, Network Growth, this full-time remote position will manage compliance risks associated with merchant and platform partners, review financial services marketing materials for regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to address compliance issues while supporting the development of training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Merchant Risk team to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
• Review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Support compliance risk assessments and document relevant information and results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; compliance certifications are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a compliance advisory role
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial laws and regulations, including UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, and others
• Experience in fast-paced environments and advising revenue-generating stakeholders
• Proactive problem identification and creative solution proposal skills
