FinTech Counsel Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, FinTech Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with financial institutions and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative financial products while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Research and advise on legal and regulatory requirements related to fintech solutions

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and membership in good standing with at least one state bar
• Extensive experience advising fintech businesses and stakeholders on financial products and services
• Strong commercial drafting skills and experience leading negotiations in the financial services industry
• Deep knowledge of financial laws and regulations relevant to fintech
• Experience advising on products incorporating AI components is preferred
