Job Summary

A company is looking for a FinTech Implementation Sr Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of fintech partners, managing cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external fintech partners, guiding them through onboarding processes
• Oversee project management tasks, including planning, risk management, and status reporting to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 10+ years of project management or implementation experience in financial services or fintech
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong client-facing experience in a fintech or banking context
• Deep understanding of banking operations, including payments and account setup processes
