Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Partner (FinTech).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise FinTech companies on regulatory compliance and navigate the evolving financial services landscape
• Support clients in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate transactions involving technology-driven financial services
• Collaborate with in-house teams to develop policies and strengthen internal controls related to financial products

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house attorney experience
• Deep expertise in advising on federal and state banking laws, compliance obligations, and regulatory matters
• Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
