Fintech Operations Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Fintech Operations Lead to manage bookkeeping and capital operations in a full-time remote role, where the candidate will build operational foundations, oversee lending product lifecycles, and develop data-driven reporting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the operational foundation for Jobber's bookkeeping product, supporting customer needs and scaling operations
• Run the operational backbone of Jobber's lending products, ensuring compliance and scalability as the product grows
• Develop policies, controls, and standard operating procedures while collaborating cross-functionally to embed compliance and operational requirements

Required qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of compliance operations including KYC/KYB, AML/ATF, and PCI DSS
• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping or financial operations, including reconciliation
• Familiarity with lending or capital products and associated workflows
• A data-first mindset with practical SQL/Python or analytics skills
• Demonstrated ability to build policy, process, and controls from scratch in a fast-moving environment
