FinTech Operations Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote FinTech Operations Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting FinQuery's product suite for clients, managing data onboarding, and consulting with financial professionals on best practices for contract management.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist clients with onboarding their data onto software solutions, including LeaseQuery and FinQuery Contract Management (FCM)
• Serve as a technical resource for clients, ensuring effective tracking of business contracts, prepaids, and accruals
• Provide customer training and support, guiding clients through best practices in accordance with accounting standards

Required qualifications:

• Working knowledge of lease accounting guidelines (ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87, and GASB 96)
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management and accounting treatment for prepaids and accruals
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting/finance and customer-facing roles
• Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office, and G-Suite
• 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
