FinTech Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lead (FinTech) to drive product direction and execution in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define a clear product roadmap from ambiguous ideas
• Manage the end-to-end execution of FinTech products, including strategy and outcomes
• Collaborate with engineers to translate ideas into actionable product designs and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping financial products and understanding payment flows
• Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment platforms
• Startup experience, preferably as a founder or in a high-responsibility role
• Strong design experience with a focus on UI and UX
• Technical understanding of software development and mobile app design
