Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Monetization & Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow Gross Transaction Volume by developing product strategy and executing the roadmap for on-platform revenue
• Iterate the checkout and payments experience by designing and implementing new features for Hosts and their members
• Drive on-platform revenue through technical integration and product decisions related to payments infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Experience overseeing on-platform revenue growth using payment platforms like Stripe or PayPal
• Proven track record in building payment and checkout features for merchants or creators
• Technical and financial acumen, with familiarity in GTV and revenue modeling
• Background from a smaller company or entrepreneurial environment, avoiding bureaucratic settings
• Ability to manage a team independently and operate with high intensity
