Fintech Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Fintech Program Manager will manage strategic initiatives, enhance operational relationships with external partners, and drive the implementation of high-impact programs within the FinTech business while working remotely within the EST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the success of major programs and drive key decisions
• Develop detailed program plans, scoping requirements, and identifying inefficiencies to improve operational excellence
• Support external partner operations and manage the customer reimbursement process as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or high-growth technology companies
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Strong critical-thinking skills with experience in developing program plans and leading implementations
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
