Fintech Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Fintech Program Manager, the full-time remote position will manage fintech partner onboarding and relationships while designing and scaling sponsor bank programs in alignment with compliance and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic fintech programs across multiple teams
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new fintech partners, ensuring compliance and internal approvals
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop and launch sponsor bank programs, including product design and scalable processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in financial services or fintech
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in fintech partnerships
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience with fintech program onboarding, product development, or partner integration
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
