Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fintech Product & Regulatory Counsel to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory guidance throughout the product development lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate potential legal and regulatory risks in collaboration with business partners
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting product development

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within fintech or embedded finance
• Proven experience working with product and engineering teams on regulatory compliance
• Practical knowledge of consumer protection laws related to fintech
• Relevant certifications in regulatory compliance or fintech law
