Fircosoft Application Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Fircosoft Application Specialist, the candidate will implement, configure, and support Firco Continuity and sanctions screening applications in a banking/financial services environment while providing L3 support and optimizing performance.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot Firco Continuity and Fircosoft applications
- Provide L3 support, including monitoring, incident management, and performance optimization
- Support sanctions screening for real-time payments, SWIFT, Wire, and ACH transactions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant technology/application implementation or support experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Firco Continuity and Fircosoft Trust
- Knowledge of sanctions screening and payment processing
- Experience with SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and messaging/integration
- Experience supporting business-critical production environments
