Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Project Designer (Fire Alarm Designer).

Responsibilities:

Design complete fire alarm systems for construction document submittals
Perform code evaluation, specification writing, and coordinate with other trades
Communicate project status with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

Experience in coordinating with mechanical, electrical, or fire protection design trades preferred
Experience in high-paced, large construction projects preferred
Familiarity with calculation and BIM software such as AlarmCAD, EaseEvac, and Navisworks is a plus
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferred
