Fire Alarm Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Alarm Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design fire alarm systems and lead design efforts on complex projects
• Coordinate with CAD Support Technicians to prepare detailed technical submissions and schematics
• Conduct calculations to ensure system design meets code and standard requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in Fire and Security systems design
• NICET Certification Level II, or Level 1 with Level II attainability
• Experience with NFPA 72 and ICC code editions
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong drafting and computer skills
