Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Project Designer (Fire Alarm Designer).

Key Responsibilities:

Design complete fire alarm systems for construction document submittals
Evaluate codes, write specifications, and coordinate with other trades for system interfaces
Communicate project status with customers and internal teams, and operate AutoCAD and Revit

Required Qualifications:

Experience coordinating with mechanical, electrical, or fire protection design trades
Experience in high-paced, large construction projects
Familiarity with calculation and BIM software such as AlarmCAD, EaseEvac, and Navisworks is a plus
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred
