Fire Alarm Designer

Job Summary

To solve complex challenges in data center life safety systems, the contract Fire Alarm Designer will leverage 4+ years of Revit experience to provide technical design leadership, create 3D BIM models, and deliver code-compliant fire mitigation solutions while working remotely from Denver, Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical design leadership for fire alarm, smoke control, and fire protection systems
• Lead the creation of 3D BIM models and complete design drawings using Revit MEP
• Deliver code-compliant asset protection solutions, incorporating smoke modeling and explosion prevention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience with Revit and BIM modeling
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and fire protection design
• Experience in producing constructible designs and construction specifications
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage concurrent projects
