Job Summary

Managing fire alarm service activities for a national customer base, the full-time Fire Alarm Service Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for service requests, schedule and track service work, and ensure compliance with fire safety standards in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming fire alarm service requests, determining the scope of work needed
  • Schedule service work with subcontractors and coordinate service dates and requirements
  • Track service progress, follow up on open tickets, and communicate status updates to customers
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in the fire alarm service industry or similar role
  • Strong understanding of fire alarm service workflows, inspections, and deficiencies
  • Experience working with subcontractors or dealer networks
  • Familiarity with NFPA 72 and fire alarm compliance concepts
  • Ability to read and interpret service reports and inspection findings
