Job Summary
Managing medium to large complex claims, the full-time Fire and Casualty Licensed Claims Lead will oversee claims status, partner with client legal counsel, and provide policy interpretation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage General Liability, Property, Auto, and Work Comp claims, ensuring timely communication among various parties
- Prepare coverage arguments and analyze loss valuations to advocate for clients effectively
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients and service teams regarding claims handling and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ten (10) or more years of related work experience in brokerage or carrier settings
- Valid Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent license required
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage and risk management concepts
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or other relevant certifications preferred
