Job Summary

To enhance fire emergency services solutions, the full-time Fire Emergency Services Expert will work remotely, providing expert guidance on fire department operations, compliance with NFPA standards, and supporting sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal expert on fire department operations and related software systems
• Interpret NFPA standards and communicate compliance requirements to cross-functional teams
• Partner with sales teams to articulate the operational value of new data and API products

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales engineering roles within fire emergency services
• Hands-on experience with fire department or dispatch center software systems
• Deep understanding of NFPA standards and fire department operating procedures
• Experience in project management within fire safety contexts
• Knowledge of public safety funding models and procurement cycles
