Fire Emergency Services Expert

Job Summary

Working remotely in the US, the full-time Fire Emergency Services Expert will provide expert guidance on fire safety systems, ensuring effective implementation and compliance while driving customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal expert on fire department operations and related software systems, translating compliance requirements into actionable product needs
• Interpret NFPA standards and communicate operational procedures to cross-functional teams, identifying unmet needs in compliance and incident management
• Partner with sales and business development teams to articulate the value of new products and support customer engagement efforts

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales engineering roles within fire emergency services
• Hands-on experience with fire department or dispatch center software systems
• Deep understanding of NFPA standards and fire department operating procedures
• Experience in project management and execution within fire safety contexts
• Knowledge of public safety funding models and procurement cycles
