Fire Emergency Services Expert

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Fire Emergency Services Expert will provide expert guidance on fire safety systems, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance while driving customer satisfaction and compliance with NFPA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal expert on fire department operations and software ecosystems, translating compliance requirements into actionable product needs
• Interpret NFPA standards and support cross-functional teams in identifying unmet needs in compliance and incident management workflows
• Partner with sales teams to articulate the value of new data products and contribute to building the sales process for new offerings

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales engineering roles related to fire emergency services
• Hands-on experience with fire department or dispatch center software systems, including CAD and incident reporting
• Deep understanding of NFPA standards and fire department operating procedures
• Experience selling or implementing software applications and data products
• Knowledge of public safety funding models and procurement cycles
