Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to leads via phone and email to qualify them and secure meetings for sales counterparts
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or refer booked meetings to the right representative
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline while following up with sales counterparts throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience with customer interaction
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs and internet software
  • Strong phone presence with experience making a high volume of calls daily
  • Experience working with a CRM database
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
