Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Development Specialist, Fire.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads via phone and email to qualify them and secure meetings for sales counterparts
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or refer booked meetings to the right representative
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline while following up with sales counterparts throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience with customer interaction
- Proficiency with MS Office programs and internet software
- Strong phone presence with experience making a high volume of calls daily
- Experience working with a CRM database
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
