Fire Life Safety Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Fire Life Safety (FLS) Audits and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance and governance for pre- and post-opening inspections across various hotel properties
• Lead FLS inspection programs and track compliance with local fire and life safety codes
• Analyze audit findings and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders and the Exceptions Committee

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
• Experience with NFPA, IBC, IFC, or other relevant safety codes and regulations
• A minimum of five years in a fire safety-related role
• Background in hospitality, construction, or facilities management is preferred
• Project management skills and Spanish language skills are a plus
