Fire Practice Leader

Job Summary

Leading the fire practice division, the full-time Fire Practice Leader will manage complex fire investigations, mentor technical staff, and collaborate with clients and legal teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fire practice group, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services
• Oversee and conduct complex fire investigations, analysis, and reporting
• Develop strategies to grow the fire practice and expand client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fire investigation and forensic analysis
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
• In-depth knowledge of fire dynamics, investigation methodologies, and fire prevention codes
• Professional certifications such as CFIF (Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator) or equivalent are highly desirable
