Fire Prevention Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the configuration, deployment, and customer enablement of the Fire Prevention suite, the full-time Implementation Consultant, Fire Prevention will work remotely to ensure effective implementation and adoption of fire inspection and code enforcement practices across the US customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure inspection programs, permitting, invoicing, and fire investigation workflows in alignment with agency fire codes
• Partner with the Implementation Manager to deliver project milestones and maintain accurate project documentation
• Act as the subject matter expert for Fire Prevention on assigned projects and address product gaps and enhancement requests

Required Qualifications:

• Three or more years of customer-facing implementation or professional services experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent experience in fire prevention
• Strong knowledge of fire prevention workflows, including inspections, permitting, and ITM within adopted code frameworks
• Familiarity with plan review and fire investigation processes
• Experience translating program or regulatory requirements into software configuration
• Proficiency with Rocketlane or a comparable professional services delivery platform
