Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Engineer to lead the development and execution of their fire protection program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, build, and maintain a comprehensive fire protection program

• Integrate sodium fire hazard understanding into design and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Experience in fire hazards analyses and fire protection program implementation in industrial or nuclear environments
• Familiarity with sodium fire hazards and relevant mitigation strategies
• Working knowledge of NFPA, DOE, NRC, and nuclear-specific fire safety regulations
