Fire Protection Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Fire Protection Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement various engineering design and consulting projects
- Conduct building and fire code reviews, including plan reviews and site visits
- Develop fire protection strategies and prepare technical reports
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in code consulting and fire protection design
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (preferably Fire Protection) or related field
- Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Experience in building code concepts and conducting field reviews/inspections
- Knowledge of fire alarm and fire sprinkler design is a plus
