Fire Protection Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Estimator (Sprinkler & Suppression).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide complete estimates for bids on assigned projects
• Review construction documents and lay out Fire Protection Sprinkler and Suppression Systems for accurate bid takeoffs
• Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations and assist in negotiating subcontracts and procurement of materials

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in large Fire Protection Construction projects or equivalent education and experience
• 1-2+ years' Estimating/Pre-Construction experience
• Knowledge and efficiency in Fire Protection Hydraulic Calculation Software
• General understanding of NFPA codes related to the Fire Protection industry
• Capability of laying out Fire Protection Sprinkler & Suppression Systems
