Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Estimator (Sprinkler & Suppression).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide complete estimates for bids on assigned projects
Review construction documents and develop bid strategies
Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations and assist in negotiating subcontracts

Required Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in large Fire Protection Construction projects or equivalent education and experience
1-2+ years' Estimating/Pre-Construction experience
Knowledge of Fire Protection Hydraulic Calculation Software
Understanding of NFPA codes related to the Fire Protection industry
Experience in laying out Fire Protection Sprinkler & Suppression Systems
