Fire Protection Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Estimator (Sprinkler & Suppression Systems) to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide complete estimates for bids on assigned projects by reviewing construction documents
• Lay out Fire Protection Sprinkler and Suppression Systems to create accurate bid takeoffs
• Assist in the development of bid strategies and participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in large Fire Protection Construction projects or equivalent education and experience
• 1-2+ years of Estimating/Pre-Construction experience
• Knowledge and efficiency in Fire Protection Hydraulic Calculation Software
• General understanding of NFPA codes related to the Fire Protection industry
• Capability to lay out Fire Protection Sprinkler & Suppression Systems
