Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Clerk for the Fire Safety Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digitally organize, document, and file invoices from electrical contractors, ensuring accurate processing and recording
  • Update digital reporting systems and assist in preparing financial and operational reports
  • Provide administrative support, manage communications, and maintain electronic filing systems


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in related fields is a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role, preferably in a remote setting
