Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Clerk for the Fire Safety Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Digitally organize, document, and file invoices from electrical contractors, ensuring accurate processing and recording
- Update digital reporting systems and assist in preparing financial and operational reports
- Provide administrative support, manage communications, and maintain electronic filing systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in related fields is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role, preferably in a remote setting
- Familiarity with document management and basic accounting practices, especially related to invoicing
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with learning new digital tools
