Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems and Solutions Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and training for new customers on effective product use
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features
• Design and develop technical training programs and deliver training sessions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 10+ years of experience with low voltage systems, public address systems, Networking, Communications, and Fire Alarm Systems in the Life Safety Industry
• Strong understanding of fire systems and technical aspects of related products
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications
