Fire Services Success Expert

Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and ensure effective implementation of fire safety systems, the full-time remote Fire Emergency Services Success Expert will provide expert guidance, support, and insights on fire department operations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal expert on fire department operations and related software ecosystems
• Interpret NFPA standards and communicate compliance requirements to cross-functional teams
• Partner with sales teams to articulate the operational value of new data products and support customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales engineering roles within fire emergency services
• Hands-on experience with fire department or dispatch center software systems
• Deep understanding of NFPA standards and fire department operating procedures
• Experience selling or implementing software applications, data products, or APIs
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
