Job Summary

A company is looking for a First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs related to firefighting and prevention work
• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect real-world tasks in the field
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of workplace language and tasks

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in firefighting and prevention work
• Experience supervising and coordinating firefighting and prevention activities
• Ability to conduct training and drills in firefighting and emergency response
• Knowledge of fire safety codes and administrative duties related to budgeting and reporting
• Willingness to engage in asynchronous work with AI labs
