Firmware Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Firmware Quality Engineer, the position focuses on planning, automating, and executing validation for MCU-based embedded firmware running on RTOS, ensuring robust performance for Physical AI devices in demanding environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, including manual and automated scenarios, for embedded firmware
• Implement and maintain automated tests and tooling to enhance validation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in embedded systems, firmware validation, or related hardware-software integration testing
• Hands-on experience with RTOS-based embedded software testing and debugging
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis
• Experience with Git and CI/CD systems, integrating automated tests into pipelines
• Familiarity with AI integration in testing and development processes
