A company is looking for a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback based on professional experience
• Develop prompts for AI models that reflect industry-specific tasks and language
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours, averaging 5-20 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in mechanics, installation, or repair work
• Experience in inspecting and monitoring work areas and ensuring safety compliance
• Ability to interpret specifications and blueprints for construction and layout tasks
• Familiarity with skilled repair or maintenance operations using various tools and equipment
• Experience in monitoring employee performance and providing training in safety and operational procedures
