First Party Collector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a First Party Collector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to debtors
• Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying debtors
• Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and maintain compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong computer skills
• Ability to think critically and perform basic math and writing tasks
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
• Dependability and strong interpersonal skills are essential
