Experienced in the travel industry, the remote Night FIT Reservation Manager will manage end-to-end booking requests, including hotels, transportation, and custom excursions, while providing exceptional service to B2B partners.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for B2B partners, handling requests for accommodations and travel services
- Build tailored commercial proposals based on client needs and specifications
- Research, curate, and book accommodation options and additional travel services across global markets
Required qualifications
- Solid experience in tourism, concierge services, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level proficiency in English and Russian
- Excellent spoken and written correspondence skills
