Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fitness Network Development Specialist to join their Fitness Network Management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new fitness centers, studios, and activity-based locations into fitness networks through lead generation and sales negotiations
• Maintain ongoing relationships with fitness facilities and ensure recruitment goals are met
• Utilize CRM platforms to manage recruitment processes and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required if no degree
• 2 years of experience in sales, fitness field, health care recruiting, or provider contracting preferred
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and CRM or similar databases preferred
• Ability to meet monthly recruitment goals and produce a high volume of outreach calls or emails
• Strong organizational skills and results-oriented approach
