Fitness Network Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fitness Network Support in the Fitness Network Management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness center retention and rate revision outreach
• Follow up on assigned rate revisions and fitness center resignations, documenting activity in CRM
• Renegotiate reimbursement rates with fitness centers and assist with data collection and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required if no degree
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, resolving complex issues
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Flexibility to perform a wide range of responsibilities to meet departmental goals
