Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fitness Network Support - Fitness Network Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in fitness center retention and rate revision outreach
• Follow up on assigned rate revisions and fitness center resignations, documenting activities as needed
• Renegotiate reimbursement rates with fitness centers and support retention initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required if no degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, resolving complex issues
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Flexibility to perform a wide range of responsibilities to meet departmental goals
