Fitness Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the growth of fitness networks, the full-time remote Fitness Recruiter will focus on recruiting new fitness centers, studios, and activity-based locations through lead generation, cold calling, sales negotiations, and contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with fitness facilities to promote ASH Fitness network options and execute contracts
• Generate leads and maintain ongoing communication with fitness centers, studios, and activity-based locations
• Utilize CRM and business processes to meet recruitment goals and maintain accurate records

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if no degree
• 2 years of experience in sales, fitness, health care recruiting, or provider contracting preferred
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and CRM or similar databases preferred
• Proven ability to achieve monthly recruitment goals and make 120-200 calls or emails per week
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to engage key decision-makers in fitness locations
