Fitness Recruiter

Job Summary

To enhance the Fitness Network Management department, the full-time remote Fitness Recruiter will focus on recruiting new fitness centers and studios, managing lead generation, conducting sales negotiations, and executing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with fitness facilities to promote ASH Fitness network options and execute contracts
• Generate leads through cold calling and maintain ongoing productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize the ASH Fitness CRM platform to manage recruitment efforts and meet application goals

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if no degree
• 2 years of experience in sales, fitness, health care recruiting, or provider contracting preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and CRM or similar databases preferred
• Ability to produce 120-200 recruitment calls or emails per week
• Demonstrated success in achieving monthly recruitment goals
