Fitness Reimbursement Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor-Fitness Reimbursement to oversee the Fitness Reimbursement department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the processing activities and staff of the Fitness Reimbursement team
• Monitors daily work assignments to ensure processing deadlines are met
• Facilitates department meetings and reviews errors for training purposes

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Minimum 2 years' experience in claims/reimbursement processing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access required
• One year in a supervisory role preferred
• Knowledge of managed care operations preferred
