Job Summary

Helping women transform their lives, the full-time remote Fitness Sales Consultant will engage with pre-qualified applicants over the phone, guiding them through the Coaching Program and facilitating enrollment while embodying the company's core values.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales conversations with qualified leads to educate and enroll them in the Coaching Program
• Utilize a proven sales process and ongoing training to effectively address objections and close sales
• Maintain a professional and supportive environment to foster trust and encourage commitment from prospects

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a high-ticket phone closer with offers of $3K or more
• Ability to lead consultative sales conversations lasting approximately 45 minutes
• Strong emotional intelligence and comfort discussing financial commitments directly
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without micromanagement
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for making calls
