FIU Cases Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing and investigating customer and transactional activity, the remote FIU Cases Analyst will confirm suspicious activity and file suspicious activity reports with regulatory agencies while maintaining compliance with bank procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data to identify and confirm suspicious activity
• File SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for escalated activities from internal teams and external partners
• Maintain service levels and standards of production, quality, and leadership results for assigned workstreams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires less than one year of related experience
• Ability to manage daily workload effectively
• Self-sufficient and well-organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
